Testing Capability
Testing requirements vary by product and application. ArmEdge can support in-house evaluation, production-level checks and coordination with qualified external laboratories where independent or standard-specific testing is required.
Depending on the project and available equipment, evaluation may include material, construction and performance checks such as tensile or tear behaviour, abrasion and pilling, seam or attachment performance, water resistance, dimensional stability, colour performance, flame/heat-related testing and other application-specific requirements.
Quality Control Across Production
QUALITY SHOULD BE BUILT INTO THE PROCESS, NOT ONLY CHECKED AT THE END.
Our production QC is structured around approved references and project-specific inspection requirements. Typical checkpoints can include:
- Incoming material and component verification
- Pre-production / first-piece confirmation
- Measurement and workmanship checks
- Inline production inspection
- Construction, attachment and functional checks
- Pre-final / finishing inspection
- Final random or agreed inspection
- Packing, labelling and quantity verification
- Documentation of non-conformities and corrective action where required
Approved Reference Control
Where applicable, production is checked against the approved sample, confirmed specifications, measurement requirements, bill of materials, approved colors, trims, workmanship expectations and packing requirements.
